Step-by-step walkthrough
When in the Dashboard menu, we can see the Credit Balance section on the right.
Step 1: Click "Reload Credit" button
Step 2: Choose nominal or input custom amount
Select the nominal balance you want to add according to the available options or you can also input whatever nominal you want through Custom Amount.
The nominal listed does not include Transaction Fee. For example: if you choose the nominal RM 1000, then transaction fee = RM 1.5, so you will only get a balance of RM 998.5. As can be seen in the picture.
Then click "Next" button
Step 3: Choose "Payment Method"
In this step, you can choose the payment method you want. Then, tick "I understand and accept the terms and conditions."
Step 4: Click "Pay" button
Make a payment.
