# Chat This feature is provided to make it easier for employers to communicate with prospective giggers who want to ask questions about the gig and the gigger that has been accepted at the gig. To access chat features, click the **Chats** menu in the sidebar menu on the left.

Then a list of gig chat rooms will appear. Select a chat room to start a chat.

Type a message, then click the Send icon in the bottom right corner to send a message.
